Resources/Payroll Application
A
specially designed package that implements human resources management and
payment method basically a biometrics for the staff of an organization.
The
application is a combination of programs that process data entered, queries
that allow for easy retrieval of information stored and reports that work
together to give total integrated solution as related to staff personnel
records. It helps to provide an easy flow of information with user security
and conforms to guideline for Windows Operating System (OS) user interface.
It
operates as a client/server system. The server component include a relational
database management system (RDBMS) Oracle Application that manages data while
the client component is the application, which has been installed on a
user’s computer. As
far as users are concerned, the client component is the application, which has
been installed on each workstation, and works hand-in-hand with the server
components.
The
Human Resources/Payroll Application has been implemented in a modular
design. Different modules handle Human Resources and Payroll functions, while
another handles Reports. Modules can be accessed from the same screen.
